Thank you for considering one of our Michigan Crossroads Council properties for your off-season adventure!  Please review the following policies to be better prepared for your experience.

Timely Reservations:

To better manage our camps, we request that units make facility reservations at least one week (7 days) in advance in most situations. The reservation lead-time helps us assure that our camps are properly staffed with Campmasters and our facilities are ready for your arrival.  Please view the reservation information and details for each camp carefully to make sure you allow enough lead time to book your reservation at the camp of your choice.

The online reservation system blocks all attempts to make a reservation less than one week (or specified facility lead-time) prior to a desired date.

Due to various infestations of the Emerald Ash Borer and other destructive insects in forests of neighboring states, do not bring firewood of any type onto Michigan Crossroads Council camp properties.  There is an abundant firewood supply at each camp.  Please check with the Camp Ranger for pricing, availability, and location upon your arrival at camp.

Due to variations in camp water availability and well shut-down schedules in the fall and winter months, please contact the camp you are planning to attend to find out the availability of water.

New Online Reservation Payment System:

Credit/Debit cards and checks are accepted.  All payments are online.  You can make multiple reservations before checking out.  Most Michigan Crossroads Council building reservations must be fully paid in advance.

Out of Council BSA Units:

Michigan Crossroads Council properties are also available for rent to out of council BSA units.  For more information and to initiate the reservation process, please contact Bill Licht

Non-Scouting Groups:

Michigan Crossroads Council properties are also available for rent to Non-Scouting groups. Non-Scouting groups must provide a certificate of liability insurance and sign a Hold-Harmless Agreement before your arrival at camp. For more information and to initiate the reservation process, please contact Bill Licht

MCC Program Payment & Refund Policy
