Did you know that the Golf Merit Badge was first introduced in 1976 and is part of Scouting America’s program to teach scouts about the sport of golf, including its history, techniques, and values like sportsmanship and respect. Scouts learn about the rules of golf, proper techniques, and how the game contributes to a healthy lifestyle.
