Scouting America volunteers do amazing things, and they should be recognized accordingly.  There are dozens of awards available at the national, council, district and unit level that can be presented to those deserving Scouters.  Use this page as a resource for finding and submitting those awards.

Honored Eagle Award

A council-level recognition to encourage and honor Eagle Scouts who continue to serve the Boy Scouts of America as a volunteer leader in Unit, District, and Council roles.

Silver Beaver Award

A council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America for registered Scouters who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given at the council level.

George Meany Award for Union Scouters

The George Meany Award is a national recognition approved by the AFL-CIO Executive Council. It may be presented to any adult union member who has made a significant contribution to the youth of their community through Scouting. Each AFL-CIO city central labor council and each AFLCIO state federation is permitted to give one award annually.
