Find a council-approved swim test administrator that can certify your unit’s swim. Certified tests are required for all district, council and national events.

Complete the form below to request help finding an administrator to conduct swim tests at your requested location.  Council will do their best to find someone locally.  Please allow at least two weeks to locate an approved administrator.

Note:  If you only need to do swim tests for rank advancements or unit-led water activities, any adult currently certified in Safe Swim Defense training may administer the swim tests.  Refer to Scouting America Swim Test Guidelines.
