We are inviting all District/Division/Council Program, Activity, Advancement, Camps, Camping, Leadership Training, Order of the Arrow (Chapter, Area, and Lodge), Commissioner, District Operations, Membership and Property team leaders and members to this gathering to participate in a Council-wide communication, training, and planning opportunity.
Your input and participation are important as our Council continues to embark on its mission to Building Legendary Council and District Services and Resources for the Scouting Units that we all serve!
Schedule:
Friday – November 8 (Not Mandatory, but Encouraged)
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Check in
- 9:00 PM: Cracker Barrel
Saturday – November 9
- 8:00 AM: Breakfast – Dining Hall – Council Key 3 Comments
- 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Group Sessions
- 12:00 PM: Lunch – Welcome/Program/Camping/Commissioner Overview Top Items
- 1:00 PM: Breakout Sessions
- 5:00 PM: End of conference
Fee:
The Fee is $25 (includes cracker-barrel Friday, as well as Breakfast and Lunch Saturday).

Up to two registrations can be made at one time on one payment. If additional members need to be registered, each will need to be done on a separate submission.
