The Building Character Celebration (BCC) was born from decades of annual recognition events honoring the highest youth achievers in their chosen Scouting program, Eagle Scout, Quartermaster and Summit Award recipients. For our scouts, the achievement of the Eagle Scout, Quartermaster or Summit Award is undoubtedly one of the highlights of their lives to date, and the Building Character Celebration is a fitting event for them to gather with their families and fellow scouts to celebrate the achievement.

This gala style dinner event honors and recognizes the 2025 Class of Eagle Scouts, Quartermasters and Summit Award Recipients. The evening is capped with an honored guest and Keynote Speaker who will share a message for our Scouting Family.  This year’s event welcomes Bridget Clark Whitney, Founder and CEO of Kids’ Food Basket.
