Welcome to our reservation system.  This page is meant for Scout units that are NOT a part of the Michigan Crossroads Council.  Select either “Gerber Cabins – Scout Units” OR “Gerber Campsites – Out-of-Council Scouts”, choose your date and start your adventure!

We encourage groups that are looking to reserve multiple facilities to contact us for a Group Rate.

Available for booking (as of May 1 7am):  May 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026

NOTE: Many of our facilities are “seasonal” and will only be listed as available during certain times of the year.
Venture Base Cabins and Apache Campsite are year-round.  Other campsites are April 1 – October 30.
Other cabins May 1 – Oct 1.  Evans & Health Lodge June 1 – October 1.  Merrill Dining Hall April 15 – October 15.

Note: All bookings here are two night bookings — Friday and Saturday night.  Prices shown are per night.
