FAQ

  1. The Eagle Candidate, parent or unit representative submits the Eagle Scout Rank Application via the form on the MCC web site.
  2. MCC returns the verified Eagle Scout Rank Application To:
    • Scout’s Email
    • Scout’s Parent Email
    • Unit Contact’s Email
    • Scoutmaster’s Email
    • AND the District Advancement Chair‘s Email
  3. MCC directs the Eagle Candidate/Unit to work with the District Advancement Chair to schedule the Eagle Board of Review.
  4. The District Advancement Chair can redirect the Eagle Candidate/Unit to the appropriate volunteer in their district.

The Council Advancement Committee has created a common way for MCC to direct the Eagle Candidate/Unit when returning the Verified Eagle Scout Rank Application.

It was determined that the Council Advancement Committee will not maintain a list of every District’s Eagle Volunteers within MCC, as it changes frequently.

MCC is directing the Eagle Candidate/Unit to reach out to the District Advancement Chair for scheduling their Eagle Board of Review.
The local District Advancement Chair would then redirect as appropriate.

The Volunteer(s) that work with Eagle Candidates in each District are managed by that District.

Hello Candidate,

Congratulations! Your Eagle Scout Rank Application has been verified, signed, and the verified copy is attached.

The scheduling of your Eagle Board of Review may begin.

To schedule your Eagle Board of Review your Unit Advancement person should contact your District Advancement Chair, Name, Email@domain.add.

Please make sure that the name on your application is your preferred name and is spelled correctly, as this is how your name will appear on your Eagle Certificate.

At the successful conclusion of your Eagle Board of Review, this verified copy is to be signed by the Eagle Board of Review members and submitted to MCC by the District Representative.
