Craig Goslin is the President and Managing Partner of the Saginaw Spirit and has been with the organization since 2002. He is a two-time OHL Executive of the Year.  Goslin is the current Chairman of the Board of the OHL Board of Governors and represents the OHL owners on the CHL Board of Directors.  He previously served on the Executive Council in the role of Vice-Chairman and is also Chairman of the OHL’s Business Development Committee. Goslin has been a member of the OHL Executive Council since 2011.

Craig’s responsibilities with the Spirit include day to day management of the franchise.  A few of the accomplishments that Craig has been responsible is the successful negotiations of the “Naming Rights” to the Dow Chemical Company of the Dow Event Center, selling the naming rights to the Jolt Credit Union Event Park and selling the first ever CHL “team presenting sponsorship” to Meijer.

Other Saginaw Spirit related accomplishments under Craig’s leadership, include many cause marketing initiatives, that the Spirit and Dick Garber have become synonymous for. The Shocks and Saves game has raised over $800,000 for heart health awareness, installed over 250 AED’s at high traffic locations throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region that have been deployed 33 times and have saved 13 lives. The Hockey For the Homeless event that has raised over $700,000 for the City Rescue Mission and the Good Samaritan Rescue Center just to name a few.

Craig has played a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing the bid to bring one of the most prestigious tournaments in Canadian junior hockey to the Great Lakes Bay Region. His passion for the sport and unwavering commitment to honoring the legacy of fallen soldiers through the Memorial Cup has been instrumental in ensuring the event’s success and perpetuating its longstanding tradition.

He sits on many boards throughout the community including the Covenant Healthcare Board of Directors.  Craig and his wife Karolyn Goslin are Bay City natives, and have three kids, Brent Wolgast, Kevin Wolgast and Dr. Jaclyn Goslin.
