MCC Contingent Registration

Youth will be assigned to Troops at the end of September

When registering please remember the following:

  • All information entered must be the participant’s (youth) information unless it specifies parent/guardian or “Registration Contact”.
  • You will need the participant’s (youth) BSAID and the First/Last name that they are officially registered as.  This information will be validated before you can complete the registration.  To confirm the BSAID, First/Last name, you can log into Home – My Scouting and check the name and BSAID for the participant (youth).

Youth Participant Cost/Payment Schedule:

Early bird total fee is $3000 (register before October 31, 2025)

Fee for registrations after October 31, 2025, is $3250 and will require a final payment of $750

Deposit – due at registration $500
February 28, 2025 – progress payment $500
May 31, 2025 – progress payment $500
August 31, 2025 – progress payment $500
November 30, 2025 – progress payment $500
February 28, 2026 – final payment $500 ($750 if initial registration was after Oct 31, 2025)

Participant Qualifications

SCOUT PARTICIPANT QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST have a current BSA membership with a Scouts BSA troop.
  • Has not reached their 18th birthday by the last day of the Jamboree.
  • Be approved by the unit leader and local council.
  • MUST have appropriate parent/guardian to complete the online parental consent.
  • Participate in pre-Jamboree training experience with local council and unit leader.
  • Filed a BSA Health & Medical Record parts A, B, and C with their council within one year of attending the Jamboree. (MCC will provide specifics closer to the Jamboree.) Submit all registrations fees per the MCC’s payment schedule.

JAMBOREE STAFF OPPORTUNITIES

Adults and/or Teenagers (16+ year old Scouts and 21+ year old Venturers) Participation in the Jamboree If you are a teenager or an adult wanting to join the Jamboree, there is a critical need for Jamboree staff. Jamboree staff enable a successful event for all youth participants. Jamboree staffing needs span all activities and skills.

Scholarships

Interested in Jamboree but not sure if it is within your means?  Consider applying for a National Jamboree Scholarship.
Scholarships must be submitted by November 30, 2025

Support the National Jamboree scholarship fund by purchasing the 2026 National Jamboree CSPs. 

$10 for standard border | $15 for mylar border
$20 for set of both borders
