This form is used to track and process Nova and Supernova awards, as well as Nova/Supernova Adult Training.  An email receipt is sent out upon submission, and which can be used to purchase Nova emblem from ClassB.com and/or Pi pins at Crown Awards.

Supernova awards will be reviewed and approved by council.  Upon approval, you will be notified and will be able to purchase the medals.
