One highlight of Scout Day at the Capitol is the opportunity for Scouts across Michigan to represent the Michigan Crossroads Council as a Delegate to present the report of the council to Legislators and Government officials outlining the impact that Scouting has on young people. The Scout Day at the Capitol Delegation will include selected Scouts from all programs within Scouting America.  Delegates must be registered members of the Michigan Crossroads Council, Scouting America.

Each Scout wishing to be considered as a delegate for the Scout Day at the Capitol must upload a video below. Videos should be 2-4 minutes in length.
