What is GoalMeet FOS Goals of Community and Board Divisions by recruiting new workers to solicit new donors and sponsors. Overall new revenue goal in FOS is $50,000 (with an additional $50,000 revenue in 2019 Rendezvous). Major Gifts focus is on capital/endowment $250,000 cash by 12/15/19
When Will It Be Done The goal is to be able to book new revenue from FOS pledges by the conclusion of the On My Honor Breakfast by the last day of Q1. The goal is to be able to recognize pledges from sponsor companies for 2019 Rendezvous by the last day of February 2019. Major gifts will be done by mid December 2019.
