2025 MCC Summer Camp Photo Contest

We are looking for all of the great moments you captured this summer at Michigan Crossroads Council summer camps!  Submit your photos and they will be entered into a council-wide vote!  Winner to receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card!

  • Must be 13 years or older to submit a photo.
  • Limit 3 photos per person/household.  Submit each separately. (Submit form will stop working once max is reached.)

Deadline: photos submitted by August 10 11:59pm

  1. Entrants must be the photographer (or parent or guardian of the photographer) who took all photos they submit.
  2. Person submitting the photo must be 13 years of age or older.  Otherwise a parent or guardian must submit on their behalf.
  3. All participants — youth and adult — in the photo(s) have consented to having their image submitted in this contest.
  4. Submissions will be approved by MCC Marketing staff before being placed in the contest.
  5. Entrants must have participated in a 2025 MCC Cub Scout Advancement Camp, Arrow of Light Advancement Camp, Scouts BSA Summer camp, Ranch Hand camp, or High Adventure through Cole Canoe Base (ATV Trail Adventure, Kayak Adventure, Great Lakes Sailing. etc.).  Photos must be from one of those 2025 experiences.
  6. No digital alterations (e.g. “photoshopping”) are permitted, except to enhance the photo to look the way it did when shot or to make the photo black and white. (Color correcting is okay. Clone stamping is not.)
  7. Each submitted photo must be in a digital format, between 2MB and 10MB in size. No printed photos will be accepted.
  8. To be considered in the contest, all photo entries must be submitted via the form below.
  9. No CGI or AI-generated content will be considered.
  10. A MAXIMUM of three photos per entrant may be submitted.
  11. Entrants must include a title and the location from which each photo submission was taken.
  12. I hereby assign and grant the Michigan Crossroads Council and Scouting America, as well as their authorized representatives, the right and permission to use and publish the photograph representations made of all participants in the photo(s), and I hereby release Scouting America, the local council, the activity coordinators, and all employees, volunteers, related parties, or other organizations associated with the activity from any and all liability from such use and publication. I further authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage, and/or distribution of said photographs without limitation at the discretion of Scouting America, and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing. The photographer retains the right to showcase their work in any manner of their choosing, but relinquishes control of how MCC distributes.
  13. Submission dates are as follows: Call for entries begins August 5. Deadline for entries: August 10 11:59 pm.  Voting from August 11 8 am – August 16 11:59 pm.
