This activity is designed for all Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Scoutmaster, Venturing Crew Advisors, Committee Chairs, Committee Members, Parent Volunteers, and Charter Organization Representatives. There will be the option to come out Friday and spend the night camping in one of our Scout BSA campsites, with the understanding that individuals staying the night are on their own for food and equipment needs. A pancake breakfast will be offered Saturday morning for a small donation to the group providing the breakfast. From 9:00am to 11:00am each program area around both camps (Gerber Scout Reservation & Betty Ford Adventureland) will host activities for your Scout and informative booths highlighting all the programs and services units are provided throughout the year by the President Ford Field Service Council and Michigan Crossroads Council. Lunch will be served from 11:00am to Noon on Saturday, where unit leaders can socialize and pick up best practices from each other and celebrate success of their units program. Starting at Noon and runing roughly till 2:00pm we will be providing sessions on Fall Recruitment and Popcorn Sales best practices and training. This entire event is free of charge for all participants and we will be providing program for leaders children to participate in while the trainings and Expo are running.

We hope you pack up your tent or join us for the day! This is going to be a wonderful opportunity to learn something new and meet a new friend.
