(NO patch) The gates open at 5 PM for the 7:05 PM game time. (Fees go up on August 4, so don't wait to register!)
One lucky Scout will be selected to throw out the first pitch! Be sure to register for the early fee by the deadline.
Registration and check-in will take place beginning at 5:00 PM near guest services. Tickets, wrist bands and information will be handed out at check-in.
A portion of each fee goes back to support local Scouting.
Bring your own tent. Tents MUST be free standing. No staking down of tents will be allowed! (Bring a low profile tent if winds are gusting.) Bring appropriate sleeping attire and sleeping bag. You will be allowed to retrieve your camping gear from your vehicle after the game.
Once tents are set up in the evening, participants will not be allowed to leave and then re-enter the stadium. Emergencies are an exception. The event ends on Sunday, August 18 at 8am.
Reminder: Youth Protection Guidelines state that the only adult that a youth may stay in a tent with is a parent or guardian. For Scout troops, Varsity teams, Sea Scout Ships, and Venturing crews, two deep leadership requirements apply. Cub Scouts must attend with a parent or guardian. Parts A & B of the new health form are required for ALL youth and adult participants. Bring with you for check-in.
Campout will take place rain or shine!
